| What is a Fulfillment Fund mentor? |
| |
| A Fulfillment Fund mentor is a trusted guide, an encouraging, positive force in a student's life. Our mentors commit to their student for a minimum of one year, with the intention of continuing the mentoring relationship through their student's high school graduation. Mentors meet with their student at least once a month and check in weekly via phone or email. |
The Fulfillment Fund provides in-depth training for all new mentors. The only experience necessary is a willingness to build a relationship with a student. |

| Who are our students? |
The majority of our students come from low-income communities and many will be the first in their family to attend college. Students are recommended by their schools and then screened by Fulfillment Fund staff. We select students who possess the desire and potential to go to college, face obstacles toward achieving that goal and want a mentor to help guide them on their path to higher education. |

| 2) Once we receive your application, we will schedule an interview and conduct a thorough background check. |

| 3) You will then attend a fun and interactive training to prepare you for being matched. |

| 4) You will be matched with a student and begin a relationship that will change your student's life...and your own! |
